Reporting a scam
If you have lost money or shared personal details, please contact your bank or card provider immediately and report it to your national authority, for example:
- USA: the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov
- UK: Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk
- Australia: Scamwatch at scamwatch.gov.au
- EU / elsewhere: your national consumer-protection or cybercrime authority
Improve the checker
If a common scam text slipped past the tool, send us a redacted example and we'll consider adding the pattern. (Remove names, phone numbers, and links first.)
